How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are despatched by Regular mail, Air mail or Express:
Within Australia: Regular mail 3-5 business days, Express 1-3 business days.
International: Air mail 5-10 business days, Express 2-5 business days.
NB: On average orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order. Business days are Monday – Friday excluding holidays.

While we make every effort to deliver within this time, they are estimates only and circumstances beyond our control may require additional shipping time, eg holiday seasons and out of stock items.

Can I make a return or exchange?
If you are not satisfied with any item ordered you may return the item for a refund or exchange.

Are sheepskin products waterproof?
Although our genuine sheepskin footwear is fundamentally weather proof, they are not waterproof when we deliver them to you. To help protect them from heavy rain or snow and preserve them it is recommended that they are sprayed with a soft leather waterproof spray which can be purchased from most shoe retailers.
Should they get extremely wet, the best way to dry them is naturally, in a dry shady area unexposed from direct sunlight or heat.
